GoBuddy Travels provides independent travel-planning and preparation support as described on this website. The exact scope, deliverables, price, timeline and exclusions must be confirmed before paid work or any third-party booking starts.

2. No official affiliation or outcome guarantee

GoBuddy Travels is not an embassy, consulate or government visa centre. Visa decisions are made by the relevant authorities. We cannot guarantee a visa approval, an appointment slot, a processing time, a fare, accommodation availability or any other third-party decision.

3. Your information and responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information and for checking the official requirements that apply to you. Do not use the website to submit false documents, misleading information, passport numbers or sensitive identity documents.

4. Fees and third-party costs

Website package prices are starting points for the described support scope. The final price and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work starts. Government/consulate fees, visa-centre charges, flights, accommodation, insurance, courier costs, translations and other third-party fees are excluded unless explicitly included in a written quote. Third-party terms may apply to bookings and payments made with those providers.

5. Changes and cancellations
